Practical Home Heating Heating Help With Keith Lamb
by chopper on March 17th, 2008

Keith, am I right in thinking your going to give us a master class in problem solving on combi boilers today?

Your not wrong there, I’ve had a fair few letters and e-mails about the problems the good people of Teesside have with all their home heating.

I’ve had this e-mail from Barry in Dormanstown, Barrys telling me that he’s had little heat out of his boiler for the last 3 weeks, the water pressure has been ok, and thats always a good one to watch out for, but when he turns the hot tap on in the bathroom and the kitchen, he just gets cold water.

Now Barry, you have checked that the pilot lights on, and that you havn’t been cut off, so it should be OK.

Looking at your mail theres a bit of a clue. You say you have a 2003 model Baxi Super Heater, well it’s as obvious as the nose on my face that if we decreased gas prices we still wouldn’t get anyone to come to bloody games, talk about getting the boiler the people of Teesside deserve, if the idle gets could get out of their seats to put 50p in the meter it would be a turn up for the books, and don’t get me started about pubs showing games, the thieving pieces of sh**, you don’t catch me flogging over priced bloody lager at my stadium do you, oh no…………………

Keith, leave it man, leave it…….
