Tickets for Boro’s opening game of 2008-09, at home to Tottenham on Saturday August 16 (3pm), will be available exclusively to Boro Pride card holders from 9.30am on Thursday July 31.

For the first time, Boro are offering a Family Ticket - for one adult and one under-18 - in blocks 44 and 46 of the East Stand Lower, priced just £33 for those who join the club’s new membership scheme.

This represents a saving of £11 compared to non-members purchasing an adult and an under-18 ticket separately.

Prices for Boro members are:

•Just £10 for under-18s in all areas - a £5 discount on general admission.

•From £16 for those aged over-65 and from £25 for adults - a £1 discount on general admission.

•Just £15 for those aged 18-21 in the North West and South West corners - an £11 discount on adult prices in those areas.

The Tottenham match is on sale only to Boro Pride members from the main Riverside ticket office from 9.30am on Thursday July 31 until 5pm on Friday August 8.

The ticket facility at MFC Retail in Captain Cook Square will also be open 9.30am-5pm on Thursday and Friday (July 31 and August 1) and 9.30am to 12 midday on Saturday (August 2).

Boro Pride members only can also pay for the Spurs match online at mfc.co.uk or by calling the club’s tickets hotline on 0844 499 1234. There are no online or telephone booking fees for Boro Pride members.

Boro Pride discounts are available in person through to kick-off but are available online and by telephone only until 5pm on Friday August 8.

Boro Pride application forms are available now from the Riverside ticket office, MFC Retail stores and online at mfc.co.uk. A 2008-09 card is priced just £5 for under-18s and 18-21s and £10 for over-65s and adults.

Tickets for the Tottenham game will go on general sale from 9.30am on Saturday August 9.

Supporters are asked to note that seat availability in the North Stand is limited as the majority of seats have been sold to season card holders. No tickets are available in the South Stand to Boro supporters for this match.
