SSN Rmour - Karanka walked out on players

PostFri Mar 11, 2016 11:38 pm

Sky sports news currently reporting that Karanka walked out on the team and said he doesn't want to manage the players anymore. The club have released a statement playing it down but Sky Sports are all over it on both TV and Twitter. What's going on!?

Looking on the Toxic other side it is festering as something that lacks any real fact but is really bringing out the dickheads.

Hopefully it's bullshit but you'd have to think there's something in it if SSN are pushing it. No matter what it's not a good night for the club, hopefully Gibson steps up and puts things straight if this is true.

Such a fuck up - I have no idea what has happened behind the scenes, but the season is now in jeopardy as far as a promotion push goes.

We need a manager in ASAP and I cannot see how Karanka can come back from this with respect from a section of our fans or indeed the players. In a normal job that can happen, but in a high profile role?

This can one of two ways, the players didn't like karanka apparently, if this is the case then maybe the players will feel the bad egg as gone! And give us that extra push til the seasons end.
If not and it's player power there could be a split in the squad!

But I'd go for the first, the way the story is breaking!

He's staying.

I've got mixed feelings if I'm honest.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

on the one hand i am pissed off that he walked away from the place days before a crucial away game - a game we subsequently played shit in and got beat (no surprise given all the distractions before and during the game)

on the other hand he has been superb for the club

i guess come the end of the season will be the time to judge him

we don't know what happened, i guess we never will

If the players were against him then the opportunity to show it was Sunday and win well without him. Instead they put in an abysmal performance.

If we don't go up then it's the fans that suffer as the egocentric ones will fuck off to another club and still get their wedge.
