The worst decision I've ever seen in a game of football.

1 yard line, a time out, and you have marshawn lynch.

No let's try and be cocky cunts and throw it. Awful awful awful awful.

Superb game mind! Enjoyed that.

Unbelievable few minutes of American football.

First the most incredible catch (reminiscent of one in each of the Giant's victories over the Patriots) followed by the single most stupid call I have ever seen in a game.

So Brady get's his MVP and 4th ring rather than a repeat. I think he will hold on for a couple more years now looking for that 5th ring.

Also Kudos for the Patriots releasing T Shirts with "The Butler Did it. With the Pick. In the End Zone". Very creative !

Finished it, unreal end of the game - that catch where it bounced off both knees when he was laid down was just unbelievable. Then the choice to throw it from 1y out was ridiculous, then the brawl, brilliant

Shame I couldn't have avoided the outcome as I can imagine that last quarter and 2mins was excellent to watch live

Re: Super Bowl XLIX

It was a terrible call but they also made a similar call in the closing seconds of the 1st half. They should have been kicking a field goal but went for the gutsy play call and got the TD to shift the momentum of the game. I think they were trying to be too clever. Everyone expected them to hand off to Lynch and he's tried to call their bluff and it's blown up in their face. Madness.

Great game to watch though, I had also backed Seahawks to win and over 47.5pts total which would have covered my losses so another kick in the teeth. Sherman's reaction though was priceless and totally worth it.

Sherman's reaction was brilliant, and the internet responded quickly in meme'ing it !

Butler was not on the field when the Seahawks huddled, Kyle Arrington was. However some quick witted coach (who will no doubt be handsomely rewarded) spotted 3 WR's in the huddle so sent Butler out and the rest is history.

My favourite photo because of the "You Mad Bro" one, was of Sherman offering his hand out to Brady one one knee, with a big "Fuck you" expression on his face.
